HF 2290 (Carlson, A.) Metropolitan airports commission (MAC) authority to set on-sale liquor hours. (pending introduction and referral) This is the vehicle for the Omnibus Liquor Bill, and the DE amendment of the language of the Omnibus Liquor Bill is posted below.
Healthcare
HF 2009 (Cantrell) Health plan companies and commissioner of human services prohibited from requiring enrollees to follow metastatic cancer step therapy protocols.
HF 533 (Schultz) Nonprofit health care entity conversion transactions review and approval by attorney general required, all net earnings of a nonprofit health maintenance organization required to be used for nonprofit purposes, and moratorium on conversion transactions extended.
HF 551 (Liebling) Managed care and county-based purchasing plan network access standards established based on appointment wait times. (pending re-referral)
HF 3 (Liebling) MinnesotaCare; human services and commerce commissioners required to seek federal waivers to permit individuals whose income is greater than the income limit to purchase coverage through a MinnesotaCare purchase option, and legislative proposal required.
