Representative Laurie Halverson, Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:35pm on March 13th, 2019, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

HF1909 (Lesch)
Wine direct shippers regulated; sales and use taxes, liquor gross receipts taxes, and excise taxes on direct shipments of wine imposed; licensing and required reports provided; data classification provided; and bootlegging prohibited.

Representative Lesch moved HF1909 to be re-referred to Ways and Means Committee with a recommendation to Public Safety and Criminal Justice Reform Finance and Policy Division.
