MINUTES

Representative Laurie Halverson, Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:32PM on March 19th, 2019, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Dehn moved to approve the minutes of March 15th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF622 (Wolgamott)
Real estate broker and licensee advertising requirements modified.
Representative Halverson moved HF622 to be referred to the General Register and moved the H0622DE1 (Wolgamott) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Halverson renewed the motion HF622, as amended, be referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF685 (Elkins) / SF131 (Jensen)
Clinic facility fee disclosure required.

Representative Elkins moved SF131 be re-referred to the Health and Human Services Policy Committee.

Representative renewed the motion SF131 be re-referred to the Health and Human Services Policy Committee. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1373 (Elkins)
Medicare coverage supplemental federal conforming changes made.

Representative Elkins moved HF1373 to the General Register and moved H1373A1 (Elkins) amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Elkins renewed the motion HF1337, as amended, to be referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF1578 (Kotyza-Witthuhn)
Credit union conversion, merger, or consolidation supermajority requirements eliminated.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved HF1578 to be referred to the General Register.
