Representative Laurie Halverson, Chair of the Commerce Committee, called the virtual meeting to order at 2:33 P.M. on Monday, April 27, 2020 pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting was broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

Representative Stephenson moved to approve the minutes from the committee meeting on April 16th, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF2475 (Schultz); Vulnerable adult financial exploitation protection provisions modified.

Representative Halverson moved HF2475 be re-referred to the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division.

Representative Halverson moved the A20-0722 (Schultz) amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Richardson moved HF4240 be re-referred to the General Register.
