Representative Cheryl Youakim, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:34 PM on Wednesday, March 20, 2019 in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

Representative Christensen moved to refer HF1369 to the General Register.
Representative Christensen moved the H1369A1 author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Christensen introduced HF1369 as amended.

Representative Erickson moved to refer HF2259 to the Ways and Means Committee.
Representative Erickson moved the H2259A1 author’s amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Backer introduced HF2259 as amended.
