MINUTES

Representative Persell, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:50am. on Wednesday, January 30, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lippert moved that the minutes of January 16, 2019 be approved THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Persell moved to refer HF167 to the Committee on Ways and Means.

HF167 (Lee) Supplemental environmental project offers provided in conjunction with enforcement actions against polluters.

Representative Persell moved the A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Persell renewed his motion to refer HF167, as amended, to the Committee on Ways and Means THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Becker-Finn moved to refer HF133 to the Committee on Ways and Means.

HF133 (Becker-Finn) No child left inside grant program established, and money appropriated.

Representative moved an oral amendment. Line 1.19 change “state” to “public.” THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Becker-Finn presented HF133.
