MINUTES

Representative Persell, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Policy Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:50am. on Wednesday, February 13, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lislegard moved that the minutes of February 6, 2019 be approved THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Persell moved to refer HF251 to the Committee on Ways and Means.

HF251 (Eckland) Lake Vermillion-Soudan Underground Mine State Park management modified.

Representative Persell moved the DE2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Ecklund presented HF251.

HF875 (Fischer) Clean Water Legacy Act modified, and coordinated watershed management provided for..
