Representative Mike Freiberg, Chair of the Government Operations, called the twelfth meeting to order at 9:46AM on February 26, 2019, in the basement hearing room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moves to amend the amendment to correct line 2.25 delete “lines 9 and 10” and insert “lines 24 to 28”. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moves to adopt the A5 amendment as amended. MOTION PREVAILED.
