MINUTES
Representative Mike Freiberg, Chair of the Government Operations Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:49am on February 20th, 2020, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Freiberg moved to correct the minutes to fill in a blank on the second page with “line 7.2”.
Representative Freiberg moved that the minutes from the committee meeting as corrected on February 18th, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Lee moved HF2456 be referred to the General Register.
HF2456 (Murphy); Historic preservation corps contracting provisions created.
Representative Freiberg moved HF2456A1. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Mary Murphy presented the bill.

HF2725 (Vang); Independent School District No. 279, Osseo; single-member school board election district establishment provided.
