Representative Mike Freiberg, Chair of the Government Operations Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:45pm on May 6th, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Elkins moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on April 11th, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Freiberg moved HF2864 be referred to the General Register.
