MINUTES

Representative Mike Freiberg Chair of the Committee, called the virtual Government Operations Committee meeting to order at 2:45pm on April 30th, 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01. The meeting is being broadcast via Zoom and House Public Information Services.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Freiberg moved the minutes from April 29th, 2020. MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Freiberg moved HF3568 be referred to the State Government Finance Committee.

HF3568 (Considine) Mental illness decriminalization planning group provided, and report required.

Representative Jack Considine presented the bill.

Representative Freiberg renewed the motion to refer HF3568 as amended to the State Government Finance Committee.
