MINUTES

Representative Dehn, Chair of the Subcommittee on Elections, called the meeting to order at 9:49 AM on February 13, 2019 in the Room 120 of the State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative O’Driscoll moved to approve minutes for January 30, 2019 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF40 (Dehn, R.) Civil right to vote restored to an individual released from incarceration or upon sentencing if no incarceration is imposed, notice required, and county attorney obligation to investigate voter registration and eligibility repealed.

Representative Dehn testified on the bill.

Representative Dehn moved to adopt H0040A1 amendment (Dehn). THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Nash moved H0040A2 amendment (Nash).

Representative Nash requested a roll-call for H0040A2 amendment.
