A quorum was not present at 8:33 AM.

Chair Dehn moved HF 3499 (Nelson) to be presented in front of the committee.

HF 3499 (Nelson) Help America Vote Act appropriation purpose transferred, and money appropriated.

Representative Nelson testified on the bill.

Representative Bahner moved to approve minutes for February 19, 2020 meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Dehn moved HF 3499 (Nelson) to be re-referred to the committee on Government Operations.

Chair Dehn renewed motion to re-refer HF 3499 (Nelson) to the committee on Government Operations. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
