Representative Masin, Chair of the Subcommittee on Local Government, called the meeting to order at 6:36 P.M. on February 19th, 2020 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Representative Masin moved HF1513 (Kunesh-Podein) be re-referred to the Committee on Government Operations.
HF1513 (Kunesh-Podein) relating to local government; providing for payment of city charter commission expenses; amending Minnesota Statues 2018, section 410.06.
