Representative Mikael Sundin, Chair of the Labor Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:37 P.M. on March 20th 2019, in Room 120 of the Minnesota State Capitol.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF 772 (Mahoney) Public building accessibility requirements modified.

Chair Sundin moved that HF 772 be re-referred to Ways and Means

Rep. Mahoney presented HF 772

Chair Sundin renewed motion that HF 772 be re-referred to Ways and Means. MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2181 (Sanstede) Telecommuter Forward! certification created.

Chair Sundin moved that HF 2181 be placed on the General Register

Chair Sundin moved that HF2181A19 be adopted. Amendment was adopted.

Rep. Sanstede presented HF 2181, as amended.

Chair Sundin moved that HF 2181, as amended, be placed on the General Register. MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Sundin moved that HF 2068 be re-referred to Ways and Means.

HF 790 (Franson) Lawn mower operation categorization clarified.

Chair Sundin moved to lay over HF 790 for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Rep. Franson presented HF 790.

Chair Sundin withdrew motion to lay over HF 790 for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Chair Sundin moved to re-refer HF 790 to Government Operations
