MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the meeting to order at 11:30 A.M. on Tuesday, April 9, 2019, in Room 400S of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 11:30 A.M. A quorum was present.

Representative Drazkowski moved that the minutes of April 4, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.



Representative Elkins presented his bill, HF2051. Rep. Winkler moved to waive Joint Rule 2.05 and refer the bill to the general register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Heinrich presented his bill, HF810, World War I Minnesota veteran’s plaque authorized to be placed in Capitol grounds court of honor. Rep. Pinto moved that the bill be referred to the General Register. THE MOTION PREVAILED.





The meeting was adjourned at 11:38am.
