MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 9:24 AM on Monday, May 11, 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 9:24 am. A quorum was present.

Representative Olson moved that the minutes of Saturday, May 9th 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Her moved to approve the calendar for Wednesday, May 13, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Her moved that Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 6, committee deadlines for future action on the following bills be waived and re-referred to the General Register:

HF3230
