Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 8:46 AM on Wednesday, May 13, 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 8:46 am. A quorum was present.

Representative Lillie moved that the minutes of Tuesday, May 12, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Her moved to approve the calendar for Friday, May 15, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


Representative Her moved that Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 6, committee deadlines for future action on the following bill be waived and re-referred to the committee on Ways and Means:

HF4611 Gomez

THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Her moved that Pursuant to Joint Rule 2.03 and Senate Concurrent Resolution 6, committee deadlines for future action on the following bill be waived and re-referred to the General Register:

HF3904 Kotyza-Witthuhn

THE MOTION PREVAILED.
