Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 10:28 AM on Friday, May 15, 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 10:28 am. A quorum was present.

Representative Her moved that the minutes of Thursday, May 14, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Her moved to approve the calendar for Sunday, May 17, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Her moved to approve the 2020-R23 - Vacation Limit Extension Policy. Kelly Knight, Director of Human Resources of the Minnesota House of Representatives Human Services Department, testified on the Resolution. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 10:30 am
