MINUTES

Representative Winkler, Chair of the Rules and Legislative Administration Committee, called the remote meeting to order at 4:00 P.M. on Friday, July 17th 2020, pursuant to House rule 10.01.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Winkler called the meeting at 4:00 P.M. A quorum was present.


Representative Her moved that the minutes of Tuesday, July 14th, 2020 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Her moved that the calendar of the day for July 20th, 2020 be approved. pursuant to House rule 1.21. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Winkler moved that Pursuant to House Rule 4.05, the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration designates July 17, 2020 as the date after which Rule 4.05 no longer applies to House actions. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
