MINUTES

Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:05 A.M. on, Thursday, February 7, 2019, in Room 5 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of February 6, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 515 (Poppe) Federal conformity to section 179 expensing provided, and addition for section 179 expensing eliminated

Representative Lien moved that HF 515 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Poppe presented HF 515.

HF 235 (Gruenhagen) Federal conformity to section 179 expensing provided, and state treatment of section 179 expensing modified

Representative Davids moved that HF 235 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Davids moved the H0235A2 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Gruenhagen presented HF 235.

Representative Davids renewed his motion that HF 235, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

Representative Lislegard assumed the chair at 8:30 A.M.

HF 518 (Marquart) Federal conformity for section 168 bonus depreciation provided, and 168 bonus depreciation addition eliminated

Representative Marquart moved that HF 518 be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
