Representative Lyndon Carlson, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45 A.M. on, Monday, March 25, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Carlson presented the Proposed 2019 Budget Resolution and took questions on the Resolution.

Chair Olson extended the offer for public testimony to the audience.
