MINUTES

Representative Jeanne Poppe, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 9:45 AM on January 24th, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Vice Chair Brand moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting on January 22. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Commissioner Thom Petersen and Senior Advisor Meg Moynihan from the Minnesota Department of Agriculture explained various MDA programs that address farmer mental health issues.

Chair Poppe introduced H.F. 232.

Representative Kiel introduced H.F. 82.

Representative Kiel introduced H.F. 84.

H.F. 84 was laid over for possible inclusion in omnibus bill.
