Representative Jeanne Poppe, member of the Division, called the meeting to order at 9:45 AM on February 27th, 2020, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Poppe moved the minutes from February 25th, 2020.
The motion prevailed.
Chair Poppe moved to reconsider the motion by which the minutes from the February 13th, 2020 meeting were adopted.

Minnesota Department of Agriculture presented their Agricultural Growth, Research, and Innovation (AGRI) Value report:

• Ashley Bress, Agricultural Marketing and Development Division
• Darrin Froemming, Co-owner, TFC Poultry
• Deeann Lufkin, Co-owner, Cannon Falls Cheese
• Andrew Miron, Farmer, Miron Farms
Representative Brand moved that HF 3030 be laid over for future consideration.
Representative Brand moved the H3030A1 amendment to HF 3030.
