Representative Pinto, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:08 am on February 12, 2019 in Capitol Room 120.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

HF837 (Sandstede) Early childhood screening funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Sandstede presented HF837.

A quorum was present at 8:22 am.
Chair Pinto laid over HF837 for possible inclusion in a future Early Childhood omnibus bill.
Representative Pryor moved to approve the minutes from February 7th, 2019. The motion prevailed.
HF825 (Kotyza-Witthuhn) Child care businesses in low-income urban areas run by two women pilot program funding provided, reports required, and money appropriated.
HF908 (Kotyza-Witthuhn) Child care business training funding provided, reports required, and money appropriated.
Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved that HF825 be re-referred to Health and Human Services Finance Division.
