Representative Pinto, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:11 am on March 19th, 2019 in Capitol Room 120.

HF2420 (Davnie) – Child care site assistance funding provided, reports required, and money appropriated.
Representative Davnie presented HF2420.

Representative Kotyza-Witthuhn moved that HF2420 be laid over for possible inclusion in an Early Childhood Division Report.

HF2195 (Pryor) – Early care and education program requirements governed including quality rating and improvement system, implementation outreach, universal identified requirements; and data practices evaluation; early care and education coordination task force established; technical changes made; and money appropriated.
Representative Pryor moved that HF2195 be laid over for possible inclusion in an Early Childhood Division Report.
Representative Pryor moved the H2195A2 amendment be added to HF2195. The motion prevailed.

HF2201 (Her) – St. Paul; creating college savings accounts at birth grant funding proved, report required, and money appropriated.
