MINUTES
Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on April 2nd, 2019, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Lee moved to approve the minutes of March 28th, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Claflin assumed the gavel at 12:46 P.M.
HF2209 (Hansen) Environment and Natural Resources Finance Omnibus Bill
Chair Hansen moved that HF2209 be recommended to be returned to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Chair Hansen moved to adopt the DE2 amendment with the A1 amendment incorporated. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED AS AMENDED.
Brad Hagemeier, House Fiscal Analyst, and Janelle Taylor, House Research Analyst, provided a walkthrough of the omnibus bill.
The meeting was recessed at 1:33 P.M.
