MINUTES
Representative Claflin, Vice Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. on April 4th, 2019, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Vice Chair Claflin called the meeting to order at 12:45 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Fischer moved to approve the minutes of April 2nd, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF2209 (Hansen) Environment and Natural Resources Finance Omnibus Bill
Chair Hansen moved that HF2209, as amended, be recommended to be returned to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Hansen moved to adopt the DE3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Hansen withdrew the A6 amendment.
Hansen moved to adopt the A20 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Ecklund moved to adopt the A17 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Ecklund withdrew the A7 amendment.

Chair Hansen renewed the motion that HF2209, as amended, be recommended to be returned to the Committee on Ways and Means and direct staff to make any technical corrections to conform with the action and intent of the division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
