Representative Hansen, Chair of the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:46 P.M. on March 10th, 2020, in Hearing Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 12:46 P.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Lee moved to approve the minutes of March 5th, 2020. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3702 (Hornstein) State building construction materials; funding provided for study to examine costs and benefits of requiring environmental assessments of building materials used in state buildings to be included in bids, and money appropriated.
Chair Hansen moved that HF3702 be recommended to be re-referred to the State Government Finance Division.
Chair Hansen moved to adopt the A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF3058 (Lee) Air quality permit; requirement to analyze and consider cumulative pollution modified before issuing permit, and community liaison position required.
Representative Lee moved that HF3058 be laid over for possible inclusion in a future bill.
Representative Lee moved to adopt the A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
