WATER DIVISION

MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Water Division, called the meeting to order at 12:50 pm on Monday March 4, 2019 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Sundin moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting on February 25, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.


HF 1609 (Brand). Board of Water and Soil Resources soil health statewide action plan funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Fischer moved House File 1609 be recommended to be re-referred to the Environment Finance Division.

Representative Brand presented his bill.

The chair renewed his motion that House File 1609 be recommended to be re-referred to the Environment Finance Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
