MINUTES

Representative Peter Fischer, Chair of the Water Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 pm on Monday February 17, 2020 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Heintzeman moved to adopt the minutes from the division meeting on Wednesday March 11, 2019. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

A presentation was given on PFAS by the following

Jamie Wallerstadt, Pollution Control Agency
Kirk Koudelka, Pollution Control Agency
Katrina Kessler, Pollution Control Agency

A presentation on E. coli and beach monitoring was given by Trisha Robinson, Minnesota Department of Health.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:15 pm.
