MINUTES

Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Energy and Climate Finance & Policy Division, called the first meeting to order at 9:47 A.M. on, January 22, 2019, in room 120 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

Representative Long moved adoption of the January 17, 2019 minutes.
THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Greta Gauthier, Assistant Commissioner of the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, introduced herself, the testifiers and the reports.

Frank Kohlasch, Air Policy/Quality Manager with the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency, presented to the committee on the Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Minnesota report and the Air We Breathe report.

Jessica Burdette, State Energy Office Manager with the Department of Commerce, continued the presentation to the committee on the Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Minnesota report.

The meeting adjourned at 11:14 A.M.
