Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Energy and Climate Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 9:47 A.M. on, February 18, 2020, in room 120 of the Capitol Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

HF3209 (Stephenson) – Utilities required to analyze economies of resting nonrewable generating facilities to seasonal operation, and Public Utilities Commission provided process for seasonable operations pilot project approval.
Representative Stephenson moved that HF3209 be laid over for possible inclusion.
Representative Stephenson moved the HF3209A3 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Wagenius ruled the amendment divisible.

HF3054 (Stephenson) – Electric generation sources and associated air pollution emission semiannual reports to customers by electric utilities required.
Representative Stephenson moved that HF3054 be laid over for possible inclusion.
Representative Stephenson moved the HF3054A4 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
