MINUTES

Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Energy and Climate Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 9:47 A.M. on, March 10, 2020, in room 120 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

HF4181 (Stephenson) – Electric vehicle purchase for state fleet preference established, purchase rebates provided, automobile dealer grants to defray manufacturer certification cost awarded, and money appropriated.

Representative Stephenson moved that HF4181 be referred to the committee on Government Operations.
