Representative Jean Wagenius, Chair of the Energy and Climate Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 9:50 A.M. on, March 12, 2020, in room 120 of the Capitol Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll. A quorum was present.

HF3431 (Tabke) - State incentives for conservation reserve program funding provided, and money appropriated.

Chair Wagenius moved that HF3431 be laid over for possible inclusion.

HF3590 (Edelson) - Carbon sequestration report funding provided, and money appropriated.

HF4125 (Wazlawik) - Residential energy conservation grant program established, and money appropriated.

Chair Wagenius moved that HF4125 be laid over for possible inclusion.

Chair Wagenius moved the HF4125A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Baker moved the HF4125A1 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL AND THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.

HF3929 (Brand) - Innovative distributed energy project grant program established, and money appropriated.

Chair Wagenius moved that HF3929 be laid over for possible inclusion.
