GREATER MINNESOTA JOBS AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT FINANCE DIVISION MINUTES
Representative Ben Lien, Vice Chair of the Committee on Greater Minnesota Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 12:45 PM on February 25, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Poppe moved that the minutes of February 20, 2019, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Lien moved that HF 1076 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Morrison presented HF 1076, a bill for an act relating to capital investment; appropriating money for water and sewer infrastructure in Spring Park; authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds.
Testifying on HF 1076:

Vice Chair Lien renewed the motion that HF 1076 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Lien moved that HF 322 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Representative Garofalo presented HF 322, a bill for an act relating to capital investment; appropriating money for a wastewater collection and treatment system for the city of Randolph; authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds.

Representative Marquart presented HF 1161, a bill for an act relating to capital investment; appropriating money for clean water and drinking water infrastructure in the city of Mahnomen.

Representative Layman presented HF 178, a bill for an act relating to capital investment; appropriating money for sewer and water system improvements in the city of Deer River; authorizing the sale and issuance of state bonds.
