MINUTES

Representative Liebling, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 12:48 P.M. on January 23, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 12:50 P.M.

Minnesota Department of Health Commissioner Jan Malcolm gave an overview of the Department’s base budget activities.

Doug Berg, House Fiscal Analyst and Ahna Minge, Executive Budget Officer, Minnesota Management and Budget presented the history and overview of the Health Care Access Fund.

Representative Hamilton moved that the minutes of January 22, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 2:14 P.M.
