MINUTES
Representative Liebling, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 12:46 P.M. on March 7, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Olson moved that the minutes of March 6, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 814 (Edelson) School-linked mental health grants modified, report required, and money appropriated.
Chair Liebling moved that HF 814 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Service Finance Division bill.
Representative Edelson presented HF 814.

Chair Liebling laid over HF 814 for possible inclusion in the Division bill.
HF 1529 (Schultz) Out-of-home placements additional reimbursement established, report required, and money appropriated.
Representative Schultz moved that HF 1529 be heard and re-referred to Ways and Means.
Representative Schultz presented HF 1529.

Representative Schultz renewed her motion that HF 1529 be re-referred to Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 928 (Richardson) Fetal alcohol spectrum disorder reduction programs funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Liebling moved that HF 928 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Finance Division bill.
Representative Richardson presented HF 928.

HF 975 (Richardson) Commission of the Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Liebling moved that HF 975 be heard and re-referred to Ways and Means.
Representative Richardson presented HF 975.

Chair Liebling renewed her motion that HF 975 be re-referred to Ways and Means. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 1264 (Cantrell) Population eligible to be served with housing grant funding modified.
Representative Cantrell requested that HF 1264 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Finance Division bill. He then moved the H1264DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Cantrell presented HF 1264.
