HF 167 (Lee) Supplemental environmental project offers provided in conjunction with enforcement actions against polluters.
Chair Liebling moved that HF 167 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Ways and Means Committee.

Representative Lee presented HF 167.

HF 259 (Mann) Doula services medical assistance reimbursement rates established.
Vice Chair Mann requested that HF 259 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Finance Division bill.
Vice Chair Mann moved the H0259A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED,
Vice Chair Mann and Representative Theis presented HF 259.

HF 1664 (Gomez) Commissioner of health grant to low-income families of color doula support, childbirth, and postpartum services funding provided, and money appropriated.
Chair Liebling moved that HF 1664 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Finance Division bill.

HF 963 (Halverson) Prescription contraceptives supply requirements established; health plants required to cover contraceptive methods, sterilization, patient education, counseling, and related medical services; and eligible organization accommodations established.
