Representative Liebling, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 12:52 P.M. on March 11, 2020 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

HF1805 (Cantrell) Emergency services grant funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Cantrell moved that HF1805 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Finance Division bill.
Representative Cantrell moved the H1805A1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Liebling moved that HF3570 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Health and Human Services Finance Division bill.

Chair Liebling moved that HF1914 First Engrossment be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on Ways and Means.
Chair Liebling moved the H1914A5 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Chair Liebling moved the H1914A6 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
