MINUTES
Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:47 pm on Monday, March 4th, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Olson moved that the minutes from February 4th, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF258 (Lien) - Nonprofit nursing facilities in border cities external fixed cost payment rate modified.
Representative Lien moved HF 258 before the committee.

Chair Schultz moved that HF 258 be referred to Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF1565 (Lippert) - Long-Term Care Ombudsman Office funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Lippert moved HF 1565 before the committee.

Page 1, line 11, delete the first "$......." and insert "$818,000" and delete the second "$......." and insert "$978,000"
Vice Chair Lippert incorporated the oral amendment.
Vice Chair Lippert moved that HF 1565 as amended, be referred to Health and Human Services Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
