MINUTES
Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:48 pm on Monday, March 18th, 2019 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The meeting was called to order at 12:49.
A quorum was present.
Representative Munson moved that the minutes from March 11th, 2019 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Vice Chair Lippert assumed the gavel.
HF1225 (Schultz) - Payment rate methodology for personal care assistance services established, commissioner of human services required to study methodology, providers required to submit workforce data, and reports required.
Chair Schultz moved that HF 1225 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Long Term Care division report.
Chair Schultz moved to adopt the DE1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Schultz moved that HF 1298 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Long Term Care division report.
Chair Schultz moved to adopt the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Considine presented HF 1298, as amended, to the committee.

Chair Schultz moved that HF 763 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Long Term Care division report.
Chair Schultz moved to adopt the DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Loeffler presented HF 763, as amended, to the committee.
