Representative Jennifer Schultz, Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 12:46pm on Monday, February 24th, 2020 in Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Cantrell moved that the minutes from February 17th, 2020 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF3445 (Morrison) Psychiatric residential treatment facility services determination and documentation requirement to involve state medical review agent eliminated, per diem rate per youth psychiatric residential treatment services provider establishment required, and facilities or licensed professionals permitted to submit billing for arranged services.
Chair Schultz moved to re-refer HF3345 to the Committee on Health and Human Services Policy without recommendation. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Lippert moved that HF3074 be recommended for placement on the General Register.
Representative Lippert moved to adopt the A20-0640 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Lippert moved that HF3077 be recommended for re-referral to the Health and Human Services Finance Division.
Representative Lippert moved to adopt the A20-0639 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Lippert renewed his motion that HF3077, as amended, be recommended for re-referral to the Health and Human Services Finance Division. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
