MINUTES

Representative Bernardy, Chair of the Higher Education Finance & Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 2:36 P.M. on February 19, 2019, in Room 10 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Vang moved that the minutes of February 13, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

The Office of Higher Education gave their presentation on the State Grant program.
