Representative Alice Hausman, Chair of the Housing Finance and Policy Division, called the eighth meeting to order at 8:00 A.M. on Wednesday, March 13th, in room 200 of the State Office Building.

HF 1571 (Howard) - Manufactured home parks closure or modification procedures modified.
Representative Howard moves that HF 1571 be re-referred to the Commerce committee.
Representative Howard moves to adopt the H1571A1 Author’s Amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILS AND THE AMENDMENT IS ADOPTED.

HF 1574 (Hornstein) – State’s investment maximized, displacement prevented, and rental housing projects financed at least in part by the Housing Finance Agency required to be affordable for at least 30 years.
Representative Hornstein moves that HF 1574 be laid over for possible inclusion.
