Representative Tim Mahoney, Chair of the Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:03 AM on February 12, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Noor moved the minutes of February 7, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF 180 (Sauke) Centers for independent living funding provided, and money appropriated.
Representative Mahoney moved that HF 180 be laid over for possible inclusion in an Omnibus Bill.
