Representative Tim Mahoney, Chair of the Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:02 AM on March 12, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davnie moved the minutes of March 7, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.
HF 1268 (Kotyza-Witthuhn) Small business investment credit made permanent, and technical and conforming changes made.
Representative Mahoney moved that HF 1268 be laid over.
Representative Mahoney moved the H1268DE1 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Haley moved the H1268A3 amendment. THE MOTION DID NOT PREVAIL. THE AMENDMENT WAS NOT ADOPTED.
