MINUTES

Representative Tim Mahoney, Chair of the Jobs and Economic Development Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:03 AM on March 19, 2019, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was present.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Koegel moved the minutes of March 14, 2019 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Representative Mahoney moved that the following House Files be returned to Ways & Means with a recommendation they be re-referred to Capital Investment. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 414 (Stephenson) Business competitive grant funding provided, and money appropriated.

Representative Stephenson moved that HF 414 be laid over for possible inclusion in an Omnibus Bill.

Representative Stephenson moved the H0414A2 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
