JUDICIARY FINANCE AND CIVIL LAW DIVISION COMMITTEE
MINUTES
Representative Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45am on Wednesday, January 30, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lesch began the meeting at 9:45 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Cantrell moved the minutes from January 24, 2019 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 113 (Becker-Finn) Ramsey County; amending the formula for distribution of fine proceeds.
Chair Lesch moved HF 113 to be laid over for possible inclusion in the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Omnibus bill.
Representative Becker-Finn presented HF 113 to the committee.

HF 113 was laid over for possible inclusion in the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Omnibus bill.
HF 54 (Scott) Expanding the requirement for notification of security breaches.
Scott motioned for HF 54 be placed on general register.
Representative Scott presented HF 54 to the committee.
