MINUTES
Representative Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45am on Wednesday, February 6, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lesch began the meeting at 9:45 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Cantrell moved the minutes from February 5, 2019 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 15 (Stephenson) Voluntary relationship defense for criminal sexual conduct crimes eliminated.
Chair Lesch moved the HF 15 A1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Stephenson presented HF 15 A1 to the committee.

HF 15, as amended, is re-referred to Ways and Means with a suggestion that it be placed on general register.
HF 54 (Scott) Security breach notification requirement expanded.
Representative Scott presented HF 54 to the committee.

Chair Lesch laid HF 54 over for possible inclusion in the Data Practices Omnibus Bill.
