Representative Lesch, Chair of the Judiciary Finance and Civil Law Division Committee, called the meeting to order at 9:45am on Tuesday, February 12, 2019 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lesch began the meeting at 9:45 A.M. A quorum was present.
Representative Cantrell moved the minutes from February 7, 2019 for approval. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
HF 745 (Her) Marriages by minor provisions eliminates, and proof of age required.
Representative Her moved HF 745 to be placed on general register.
Representative Her presented HF 745 to the committee.

Representative Lesch moved the HF 631 DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
Representative Lesch presented HF 631 DE1 to the committee.
